Introduction: 'Revised Copyright' is a license
I
understand that some people will always have to make money out of
things and therefore have strict copyrights on their sites and
materials. But I do believe that sharing information is a good thing.
Haven't we all learn to share things as kids? Anyway with this in mind
I will release a new 'copyright' license for this site.
This 'revised copyright' is in the form of a license and it
tels
you what you may and may not do with the considered information. If you
are in doubt about this, send me a message thru the contact form.

infringement of our terms of use will be vigorously pursued, by any and
all means at our disposal, including but not limited to legal
litigation.
This terms of use version 2008.2 supersedes all previous versions of copyright and terms of use
released by Barry de Graaff.
2008.2-1 Property
All materials on webpage's under the domain
barrydegraaff.tk
are, unless otherwise stated, the property of Barry de Graaff.
2008.2-2 Terms of use
You are
encouraged and legally entitled to use the materials on this site
for
whatever purpose and wherever. As long as you meet these
two terms:
- You give others the same rights as I gave you (no
restrictions)
- You have to put a reference to this site (somewhere where
it is seen)
You agree that these materials remain my property. Showing these pages
remotely through frames is permitted.
Some
projects still include the old copyright (in zip files or pdf) e.g. the
ICA project, and the ROC Leiden ucproj20023, please ignore them.

Terms of use under 2008.2-2 are not applicable for:
- Materials that are released under terms of a GNU license.
(e.g. GingerTerminal)
- All materials under EDB, see the copyright notice in the
EDB Manual.

permitted without prior written permission of Barry de Graaff. If you are (your face is) on a photo or video 2008.2-3-3 does not apply on you and you may use this content wherever you like.
